1. Agreement to Terms

2. Service Policies & Requirements
- Vaccinations: All pets must have current vaccination records on file prior to receiving any grooming, boarding, or daycare services.
- Pricing Variations: Final prices are subject to change based on coat condition (e.g., severe matting) and pet temperament. The owner will be notified promptly of any significant price adjustments before services are completed.
- No Cats Policy: Ruff Cuts Pet Grooming & Kennel Service does not groom or board cats. Our facility and expertise are 100% focused on dogs.
- Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to refuse service to any pet that poses a danger to our staff, other pets, or themselves.
3. Appointments & Cancellations
We require notice for cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may require a deposit for future bookings. Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment to ensure we can provide the full service requested.
4. SMS Communications
By providing your mobile number, you agree to receive text messages regarding your appointments, pet status, and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for assistance.
5. Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and well-being of your pet, working with animals carries inherent risks. Ruff Cuts Pet Grooming & Kennel Service is not liable for pre-existing medical conditions, age-related issues, or unpredictable behavioral incidents.
