It’s always hard leaving your fur babies behind, but I felt very comfortable knowing our husky was well cared for during her two-night stay. The staff was kind, accommodating, and made the whole experience stress-free.Their pricing was very affordable, and we especially appreciated that they allowed us to pick her up on a day they are technically closed. That flexibility meant a lot to us.We will definitely be using them again whenever we travel back to visit family.

Persephone and I are in from out of state and that can always be a bit stressful, especially finding a groomer. Carol was sweet, professional and efficient. Carol picked up my dirty little English Springer Spaniel and brought back a fluffy, clean, sweet smelling girl that had beautiful feet and ears so clean she's still dancing! Ruff Cuts is the best! Carol always does exactly what we ask and is very responsive. My dog is older and has developed a bit of anxiety when away from us. I love Carol and Lenard they are wonderful with my frenchies and treat them like their own.
